How a crew works

Driver + detailer. One van.

Most jobs are two people. You travel together. The customer books a 1-hour arrival window — job time depends on the package (a full detail is often 2–4 hours).

You own the finish. Start to Finish on the car, photos, payment, and what the customer sees.

You must know

Exterior hand wash, foam, wheels, arches, and tire finish
Interior deep clean — seats, carpets, plastics, glass, and odor
Full mobile detailing at villas, towers, offices, and mall parking
Machine polish and swirl removal
Paint correction on daily and luxury paint
Ceramic coating application and aftercare
PPF (paint protection film) handling / assist on install days
Safe products for luxury, matte, and wrapped cars
Work from the van — most jobs need no customer water or power
Follow the service checklist on every package
Before / after photos and videos in the staff app
Photograph existing damage before you start
Collect cash or confirm online payment before you leave
WhatsApp the customer on arrival and after the job
Flag no-show, locked car, or access issues in the app

You work in Dubai heat — outdoor bays, tower basements, and summer sun. English enough for customers; Arabic helps. Smartphone required (staff app). Company van — you don't need your own car.

You own the road. Van, timing, building access — then you stay and help on the car. Not a drop-off taxi.

You must know

Dubai routes — Marina, Downtown, JVC, Palm, Hills, Deira, and between
Tower basements, mall parking, villa compounds, Salik
Valid UAE driving licence
Drive the crew, water, machines, and chemicals to the pin
Navigate and share ETA from the staff app
Stay on site and assist the detailer until the job is packed
Submit fuel / parking / toll receipts
Work the same 10 AM – 10 PM day, in Dubai heat

The job

A day on Mudwash

Clock in

10 AM start. Late after a short grace. Breaks in the app.

Jobs on your phone

Accept, navigate, arrival window, checklist, photos. Works offline and syncs.

Finish & pay

Detailer closes the job. Cash or online. Commission posts on completed work.

Rotating off

One day off a week — usually Tuesday or Wednesday, not a fixed weekend.

You also get leave requests (annual, sick, unpaid), assigned company kit, and an earnings screen for salary + commission. HQ is Westbury Tower 1, Business Bay — the work is in the field.

FAQ

Do I need my own car?

No. You work as a crew with company transport.

Is this a workshop job?

No. Almost all work is at the customer in Dubai — heat, parking, towers included.

Visa?

Own visa is encouraged and comes with an extra increment. Transfer and other status — tell us in the form.

Who gets tips?

100% to the detailer.

When is the off day?

Rotating. Mostly Tuesday or Wednesday.
